Our Manufacturing Unit
Our manufacturing unit spread across the wide area in such a way to meet the requirements of the clients. Our products meet international quality standards & norms. We have well experienced and skilled expert to take care of this unit. We use quality materials to manufacture our products. We also improve this unit at a regular time interval to meet the bulk demand of our clients within a committed period. We also make sure that our manufacturing unit is maintained in proper working condition in order to have an uninterrupted production process.
Our Infrastructure
Aangan Agrotech's manufacturing infrastructure for PP woven sacks and FIBC jumbo bags uses only pure virgin polypropylene resins, and every bag is quality checked before being packed and shipped. Complete quality management systems are strictly followed at each step of the manufacturing process. This includes tape extrusion, fabric weaving, extrusion lamination, gravure printing, bag forming, bag sewing, quality testing and customer shipping. We strive to keep up with the latest requirements of woven polypropylene sacks and FIBC bulk bags to ensure our customers receive the highest international quality products. In our endeavour of transparency and partnership with out customers, we have provided the details of our manufacturing infrastructure.

Lamination Plant - 01 Plant (J.P.)

Stitching - 03 machines of Bag Cutting Stitching of Lohia make, 60 machines of Armstrong make

Printing - 03 roll to roll of J.P. make (100,000 meter/day), 02 machines of Manual printing (30,000 bags per day for each)

Baling - 04 Hydraulic bale presses
